The Conference Dinner will take place at the Gebläsehalle located at the Landschaftspark Duisburg, a unique memorial to the industrial heritage in the Ruhr region. The former ironworks was built by August Thyssen starting in 1901. After its closure in 1985, the industrial site was turned into a public park. Besides the impression of scale, the 70 m high viewing platform on top of “Hochofen 5”, offers great views on the former industrial area, and the region.
Transport to and from the dinner location by bus transport is organized by the conference. We start from the conference location (Mercatorhalle), and return there by bus. Public transport (bus & tram) from and back to the city center is also available.

- Dinner starts at 6:30 pm, and ends at around 9:30 pm

- Leave the conference center at 5:30 pm / 6 pm (several buses)
- Return time at the conference center: 9:30 pm / 10:10 pm
